Vietnamese Grilled Pork (Com Thịt Nướng)

- 2 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon lemongrass, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation1. Marinate pork with lemongrass, garlic, spring onion, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, pepper, and vegetable oil for at least 2 hours.
2. Cook pork for 15 minutes in oven at 180°C/355°F. Turn pork over and cook for another 15 minutes. Depending on the thickness of the pork chop, you may need to grill it 5-7 minutes longer. For more photos and recipes, please visit my blog at Danang Cuisine.
