Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, diced
  • 2 birds eye chili
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 10 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • thinly cut carrot strips

Preparation
