You can substitute cooking wine with chicken stock.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound cooked egg noodles
  • 1 cup napa cabbage, chopped
  • 1 carrot, sliced thin
  • 2 green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning sauce
  • 1 teaspoon rice cooking wine or chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Preparation

1.  Mix together hoisin sauce, seasoning sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, and sugar and set aside.

2.  Add oil in pan on medium-high. Add in cabbage and carrot and stir fry for 30 seconds. Add in green onion and stir fry for about 10 seconds. Move vegetables to the side and pour in sauce mixture. When sauce bubbles, mix in egg noodle and stir fry for 1 minute.
