With lemon/lime or half and half.Thai Tea,
- 1 gallon water
- 2 cups Thai tea mix
- 2 cups sugar (or to taste)
- lemon/lime (optional)
- half and half (optional)
Preparation1. Boil water. Add in Thai tea mix. Lower heat to medium/medium-high and stir for 5-7 minutes. Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
2. Strain tea mix out of tea. Stir sugar in tea. Let it cool down before serving.
3. To serve, pour tea in a glass of ice. Add in a slice of lemon/lime for Thai lemon tea or add in half and half for Thai iced tea.
