Growing up as a little girl I never ate potato chips; instead we would fry up Krupuk and dip the chips in peanut sauce. Be careful, Krupuk is addicting!

Preparation

1.  Heat oil in frying pan or wok.  When pan is hot, drop in shrimp crackers until they puff. 

2.   Remove immediately and drain on paper towels.
