This is a cool yogurt sauce to compliment your spicy Indian dishes. I love it with Chettinad chicken and biryani. And it really does only take 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup minced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1/8 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup yogurt

Preparation

1. Chop the tomato to about the size it would be in salsa and the onions somewhat smaller.

2. Stir chopped veggies and cilantro into yogurt. That's it! Refrigerate or serve.
