Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound ground pork
  • 1/4 pound ground shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch

Preparation

1.  Mix all ingredients together. Put in refrigerator for 10 minutes to firm up. Roll into meatballs.

2.  Steam for 10 minutes.

    Nice to see this preserved somewhere after Kai removed the vid. Nice, easy recipe (not medium).

    I’ve found it even easier now I have a bowl of water to moisten my palms between each ball – stops them sticking.
