Onigiri (Japanese Rice Balls)
Onigiri are Japanese rice balls, with optional filling. They’re a really fun treat for children or as an on-the-go snack. I like to make it when I have the ingredients.
- 1-2 cups sushi rice
- 5 oz. canned tuna ( optional )
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon salt + cup of water ( To dip hands in. )
