Pork meatballs with lemongrass.


Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 shallot, minced
  • 1 stick lemongrass, finely minced
  • 1 pound lean ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon white or black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon seasoning sauce or soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Preparation

1.  Mix together all ingredients and let pork marinate for at least 2 hours. Form into meatballs. Grill or bake meatballs.
