Korean BBQ Short Ribs
A quick-and-easy way to make Korean-style BBQ. I add sugar and green onions to add depth to the Korean BBQ sauce. Feel free to vary the amount of these ingredients to your taste!Korean BBQ Short Ribs,
- 1 1/2 cups Korean BBQ sauce
- 1-3 tablespoons sugar
- 4 stalks of green onions, chopped
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 pounds of short ribs
Preparation1. Mix BBQ sauce with sugar, green onions, and black pepper.
2. Place short ribs in large plastic bag, pour in sauce, and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
3. Grill short ribs on BBQ.
