Matcha green tea smoothie may help with lowering your metabolism, which is very beneficial to your health. Plus, matcha powder tastes pretty awesome in a smoothie!
Ingredients
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1-2 teaspoon green tea powder
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)



The recipe looks very easy to follow. It must be very tasty since I am a green tea person. But where would a person get green tea powder? Should I grind the green tea I have now into powder?
They sell green tea powder at Asian markets. No…don’t grind the green tea you have into powder. I don’t know how that would taste like and I don’t recommend doing it that way. You can also get green tea powder off of Amazon.com or Asian grocery sites online (eg. “veryasia.com”). I hope this information helps!
