I love this peanut sauce. Every time I make it, I feel like I am cooking with my mom. You might find yourself putting this sauce on almost everything you eat!

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon sambal sauce
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder


1. In a pot over medium heat, mix peanut butter, sambal sauce, brown sugar, and sweet soy sauce.

2. Stir in coconut milk.  Squeeze in lemon juice.  Add ginger powder.

3. Stir until sauce is creamy and adjust ingredients to taste.

    Wow, I’m going to put this on everything I eat from now on. I used chili sauce for the sambal and regular soy sauce, but it still came out amazing.
