India Food’s chicken pakoda is coated in flavorful Indian spices, then fried to form crisp balls.


  • 1/4 kg (0.55 pounds) boiled chicken, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon corn flour
  • 2 teaspoon rice flour
  • 2 green chili, chopped
  • 5 curry leaves, chopped
  • 7 mint leaves, chopped
  • 3 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 cup oil


1.  Coat chicken with corn flour, rice flour, chili, curry leaves, mint leaves, black pepper, and salt. Add enough water to make into a paste.

2.  Form into ball and fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with ketchup or mint chutney/mint coconut chutney.< /p>
