I love all things pork belly. I also love all things bok choy, so I really love this. When I roast a 1 pound pork belly on a Sunday afternoon, I use it in everything I can think of for my weeknight dinners. If you have a roasted pork belly in your fridge this only takes 10 minutes, start to finish.

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 bunches baby bok choy
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Several slices of roasted pork belly 


1.  Heat wok on high. Add oil and swirl to coat. Add garlic and stir-fry 20 seconds or until fragrant.

2.  Add bok choy, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry 2 minutes or until edges of leaves begin to soften.

3.  Add pork belly slices and stir-fry 2 more minutes or until heated through. Serve over rice.
